Hi Members
Just a reminder , i will house keep this forum once a month , frequency: 11th of every month
Prune = will deleted those members who never post in the forum for a month, members who didn't log into the forum for a month
A forum can have numerous registered members, but that does not deduce that everyone will make contribution. It doesn't bother me if i have merely a small of members...i prefer to keep the forum private to those faithful supporters of TCMANGA...
Hence do not keep re-registering into the forum if you're not gonna be active in the forum...

Uhm... generally speaking i totally agree with your policy about this matter but still i guess deleting an active member that hasn't shown up for a month could be a little too much.
What i mean is this: what if someone has to be away for work for 1 or 2 months? Members here are from all over the world and things aren't the same in all places: in my country, for example, finding a wi-fi is kinda sci-fi and depending on the job you do, not always you can have a pc (or can use it to online at your whims).
So i suggest to create a topic/section that members can use as an "apply for leaving" where everybody can leave a note when they have to be away for more than a month so that you know why they didn't log in. |

Hi There
While i try to understand the situation of some members, but on a ratio, most members are students only a few are working adults and if the member is not active in a forum they won't even bother to apply for absentee, moreover they are not my staff working for on project so whether any member choose to be active within their chosen preference will solely come from what's their main objective of signing up to a forum.
