 sry, it's the time of the week when my brain gets all mushy again.
I'm confused as to how your system works.
This might be a bit long...
1. Staff - you don't need staff for the releases? Anyone can help do it? If that's the case, is it on a first come basis? 
2. Projects - this might be rlly stupid buht where can I see all your planned projects? My other group might be interested in a manga buht I'm kind of confused whether you are doing it or not.
3. Recruitment - are you only recruiting Chinese translators? No japanese or editors or anything else? (this is a waste of time and space, dont reply if u find it too stupid XD)
4. Raws - in the manga raw section, are those your planned projects or just randomly there for readers only?
I think that's all the questions that pop into my head  Sorry and thnx  |

Thanks for your comments..
1) The thing about recruitment has been an issue for me, becoz it is so difficult to get commited to work for scanlation
2) For projects, i used to have a thread for that, but becoz all my former staff kinda of MIA and i'm very busy right now with my studies, so i won't have time to mend the scanlation, but that does not mean the group won't be working on project..but apparently i only hv Zouzouna (the admin for this forum) faithfully staying on with me..so we prefer to work on our own pace
3) Cos i only read chinese manga, am the only translator for this group..but i would need editors actually...perhaps i would take your suggestion to open recruitment for proofreader, editor and quality checkers..until i have enough staff strength then we will move into full fledge releases again
4) i had replied your post over at that section
