Summary :
Story is about a girl Mizuki Ashiya, a Japanese American, who just transferred
to a boarding school in Japan to see her idol,
Izumi Sano, jump in the high jump.
The problem is tat it is an all boys school and she has to be dressed like a boy
it has both a funny and interesting plot and it is a nice choice for fans of gender-bender manga

I don't like this manga at all, after reading 5 volume i dropped it. I was the Taiwan version movie of it although casted by famous Asian celebrity but still never like it

when i start a manga and find it interesting
i'll read it to the end
and gender bender manga is one of my fav
genders which adds to the point of wanting
to read

| Simply the best. Seriously. This manga made me laugh, cry, jump up and down in anticipation, laugh, scream, laugh, say "awww" when it got romantic, laugh, and just made me fall in love with the characters!!! It's just a AWESOME manga, and it'll stay with you for a very long time. This is a true classic. A must read. |

I love this manga!! It's one of my all time favorite manga beside fruits basket and skip beat. 
The manga art is very appealing, especially sano!!!  I mean no one can be as hot as sano..  .. ok nvm.. i will drop with the hot bishie obsession ^^
And beside the art drawing, the plotline is very interesting and pretty good. If you like romance and gender bender story, and a little shounen-ai hint, then you will love to read this.
However, there was the taiwanese version of this manga, but truly, i ended up not liking it. The drama did stick a lot more to the drama, but the casting roles.. some of them couldn't act, and it can be painful to watch. |

| it's funny. i love the uniqueness of this manga. although it does get a little boring halfway. storyline drags a little. but i still love the characters and the school doctor is hilarious with his openess about his homosexuality. |

there are only few gender bender mangas around

Yes, I love gender bender mangas, that's why I liked HanaKimi. Although it's not the best gender bender manga out there, it's still a very entertaining read. Sano is gorgeous. Also, Nakatsu is funny!!! |
